AurenGIS was shaped by two different professional paths, different cultures and the same conviction: technology should adapt to real businesses, not force businesses to adapt to technology.

Agustín Arosteguichar

Argentina · International operational background

Agustín is Argentine and developed his professional perspective through direct exposure to logistics, industrial environments, field operations and hands-on operational work.

He spent an important period of his life living and working in Germany, gaining first-hand experience with a professional culture strongly associated with technical precision, planning, responsibility and disciplined execution.

His background includes logistics, metalworking, operational coordination and demanding practical environments where decisions frequently have immediate consequences for people, equipment and business continuity.

Experience across multiple countries also contributed to a broader understanding of how culture, communication and workplace expectations influence the way organizations and teams operate.

He communicates in several languages, including Spanish, English, German and Romanian, strengthening AurenGIS' ability to work across different professional and cultural environments.

At AurenGIS, his contribution is strongly rooted in operational reality: understanding how work is actually performed, identifying unnecessary friction and translating practical problems into clear, reliable and useful digital systems.

Iana Romashkova

Russia · Business, customer and financial perspective

Iana is Russian and spent a significant part of her life in Saint Petersburg, developing a professional and cultural perspective shaped by one of Russia's most important international cities.

Her background includes sales, customer relations, business communication and operational organization, with particular emphasis on understanding people, maintaining trust and creating clear relationships between businesses and their clients.

She has a strong interest in finance and business organization, particularly in the relationship between responsible planning, structured information, sound decision-making and sustainable growth.

Her customer-facing experience reinforces an important AurenGIS principle: technical capability by itself is not enough. Technology creates value when it responds directly to the needs, priorities and reality of the people who use it.

Her international background adds another perspective to AurenGIS' understanding of different communication styles, customer expectations and ways of conducting business across markets and cultures.

Outside the professional environment, Iana has a deep passion for animals — reflecting the consistency, attention and sense of responsibility she brings to relationships and long-term commitments.
